Mark and Ang

Just in case you want to know how Mark and I are holding up as we age. Ha Ha.

Hippety Hoppety Easter's on the Way

Flexibility is the key to life. Since rain ruined our plans for our playgroup's outdoor Easter Egg Hunt, we quickly switched gears and had it at a friend's house. So the girls had a great time searching for their eggs, doing crafts, and eating. Maggie can't seem to come down from her sugar high. She hasn't stopped flopping around for more than 30 seconds. The only time she was still this afternoon was when she was confined to her carseat. I just need to capitalize on the crash and get her to bed when the sugar buzz wears off. Tomorrow we are off to Dallas for several days, so I need to get her to bed so she will be rested for our big day of travel.

Girls' Weekend Out

I have the best friends in the world. I spent Friday though Sunday scrapbooking with my awesome posse. We talked, and ate, and scrapbooked, and talked, and ate, and scrapbooked. The one thing we didn't do much of was sleep. On the second night, Hayden joined the mix. She is loved by all for her sweet spririt and her creativity. When she shows up, she gets put to work. This picture was taken the final morning. Note that I am the only one still in my pajamas.

Two in Braces

One awesome thing about twins is that everything comes in twos. Two driving, two in college, two in braces, two to love....The boys are now both in braces, in 15 months Josh will have a new and improved smile, and Brenn will follow three months later. Life is good!!!

Fun Day at the Fogas House

Rachel and Emma joined us today along with Ryan Ashton and Lia. What a busy day. And I would just like to point out that Ryan Ashton brings new meaning to the term "metrosexual." Note that he is sporting a rather stylish Cinderella wig. Whew, the weather was beautiful and the company was great.

A Little Angel

If we can't adopt again, I take full advantage of enjoying all the new little ones as they come home. I think Aidyn is one of the sweetest little babies in the world. She is a little angel. We all love Aidyn at the Fogas House.

Playday at the Park

We celebrated St. Patrick's Day with our Chinese friends from Playgroup. Just trying to give them an appreciaton for cultural diversity. The rain held off long enough for the girls to play and make their St. Patty's Day Hats. We are so blessed to have this wonderful group of people to share our life experiences with. God has woven our lives together using the threads of our Chinese daughters' lives. God is good.

Ok, Maybe We're Taking the Princess thing too FAR!

Maggie was under the impression that princesses don't play soccer. Hence, Brennan literally waited on her hand and foot to get her ready for her first soccer game. BUT, after her first practice she was so fired up. She loves soccer, but "not as much as ballet." She has a really good soccer coach....Mark. He is having a blast coaching soccer again, and it is so great for Maggie and Daddy to have that Father/Daughter time.

Princess parties are all the rage.

Today we went to a princess birthday party. Cinderella herself showed up. How about that? Maggie has quite a busy social life. She had a party last weekend, two this weekend, and another one next weekend. The boys keep us hopping.....BUT Josh is getting his lisence this week. Hip Hip Hooray!!!!! Brennan has to wait to get his. That Spanish grade, along with others, is keeping him from being able to get his. Oh well, at least one can drive. I am going to gain back hours and hours each week. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
